• My energy healing sessions are designed to work in harmony with conventional medicine and therapies. I encourage open communication between our clients and their medical professionals.
• Any alteration or cessation of medical treatments, regardless of their nature, should only be undertaken following consultation with a qualified medical professional. I will never ask a client to interrupt any kind of medical treatments and decline any responsibility if a client decides to do so without the consent of a qualified healthcare provider.

4. Emotional, Physical, and Energetic Responses Disclaimer

Engaging in guided meditations, energy work, and introspective discussions may bring up emotional or energetic shifts. While these experiences can be part of personal growth and self-awareness, participants assume full responsibility for their emotional and physical well-being throughout the event.

Midnight Serenity does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services, and any personal insights, shifts in perspective, or decisions made as a result of participation are solely the participant’s responsibility.

Some individuals may experience temporary physical, emotional, or energetic responses, including but not limited to:

• Fatigue or heightened sensitivity
• Mood fluctuations
• Emotional release or shifts in perception
• Physical sensations as energy moves

These are normal processes as the body and mind integrate inner work. Midnight Serenity makes no guarantees regarding individual experiences and is not liable for any discomfort, reaction, or personal interpretation arising from the participation in these practices.

5. Limitation of Liability

• I decline all responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of my energy healing and mediumship sessions outside the intended framework of my practice. This includes, but is not limited to, any interpretations, actions, or decisions made by clients based on information or insights provided during these sessions. By engaging in my services, clients acknowledge that energy healing and mediumship are supportive in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services.
• By booking a session, clients expressly agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Midnight Serenity, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses, whether direct or indirect, that may arise in connection with the services provided.
• User is responsible for all of its activities in connection with the Site. In no event shall Midnight Serenity, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if Midnight Serenity has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• I do not provide any readings on health related matters. I am not a medical or mental health professional, and I do not provide medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Any health-related concerns should be addressed by a qualified healthcare provider.
• The insights provided during a session are based on the information available at the time of the session and are only valid at the time of the guidance.
• Mediumship is only intended for the client present during the session. I do not provide readings for or about third parties who are not present and have not given their explicit consent.
• The client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their life choices, decisions, and actions. Any guidance provided during the reading is not binding, and the client retains full agency and responsibility for their life.
• Mediumship is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
• There are no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy or outcomes of a mediumship reading. It is a subjective experience that should be viewed as a tool for self-reflection and exploration.
• I adhere to ethical guidelines and will not provide readings on subjects that are inappropriate, illegal or unethical.
• Clients may not record or reproduce the session.

7. Email Communications

By booking a session with Midnight Serenity, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You may receive follow-up emails related to your session, which may include additional guidance, recommended practices, or relevant resources to support your healing journey.
2. After your session, you may receive an email inviting you to submit a review about your experience. These reviews help others understand the benefits of energy healing and support the growth of our services. Leaving a review is entirely optional, and you may choose not to respond.
3. You will be automatically enrolled in our monthly newsletter, which includes insights, updates, and special offers related to energy healing, spiritual growth, and wellness. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us directly at midnightserenity.pro@gmail.com.
4. Privacy & Data Protection: We respect your privacy, and your email address will never be shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than communication from Midnight Serenity.
